The point is you do need Wallet or Google Pay; if you do not have enough, or no data, UA WIFI is password protected and takes an act of god to get in. So without any of the above; you cannot open the mobile app to get to Ticket Central where your tickets are stored; so from home, from your computer, or somewhere with service you are suppose to be able to but them in Wallet or Google Pay, which stores items on/in your phone and DO NOT require data or wifi to access. Or if you simply do not want the hassle of signing into UAsports Mobile App, Ticket Central etc (which works sporadically at best) YOU NEED WALLET. Think of it as paying in cash to get in rather using a credit card. Just open your Wallet show your ticket BOOM your in. Also personally I do not like using my phone for much besides phone calls & texting. Pay bills, shop, BUY TICKETS, use my COMPUTER. Bought tickets for sports events & entertainment events all over the world. Never any issues.

ps Anyone tried Transfer Ticket option. Used if friend or family member arriving at a different time. I have only one football seat; but when basketball starts I will NEED this service. Wondering if it will be an issue; seems like everything else with ticket return has been/IS.

UA finally acknowledging issue with Apple Wallet. Temporary fix emailed today. I hope a real more permanent fix is coming; as the fix ONLY works on your phone. I.E. Anyone know how to shut off the closed-captioning. Seems to be ON all the ESPN+?? I checked other games on my tv. CC is not on when I use my iPad?

Took my iPhone to Nate and showed him that adding tickets to Apple Wallet was not working. It was working on his supposedly, but he could NOT get mine to work. Says he will contact TicketReturn?? Also, interesting when I got home, I tried using my iPad to add tickets to Apple Wallet; and "Add to GOOGLE Pay" came up instead????? Anyone having any luck or IDEAS for Apple Wallet.

Saw both games. Coach's post game comments were spot on. UA looked AWESOME in the first set of each match. St John's & Colgate made adjustments UA did not; {or was not able to?}

update: found the instructions; followed to a T; got R.I. game to show up; however no box for a √ to add to wallet; tapped game listing quite hard saw box in the background but would not stay on screen; tried a double click, got the following message "game is not timing yet." If & when this program works, I highly recommend putting ticket in wallet [if you can] well in advance. The thing is so cumbersome if you wait to the day of the game, you'd be lucky to get in by halftime. Anyone having any better luck than I, getting tickets into you wallet???????

HELP. I saw/received instructions and justifications for entering tickets into one's phone. The instructions and explanation why printed ticketing would not be allowed this year was annoying me; so I quit the file. I thought this was on the UalbanySports web page; but when I went back to it again, I could not find it??? Maybe it was an email; but I did not find any links there?? Maybe I dreamt the whole thing up?? If anyone knows where these instructions were/are I would greatly appreciate your HELP. The instructions said as I re-call, even if you buy tickets at the door you MUST have a phone; how weird is that. Also, if you have multiple tickets and people coming at different times; you must transfer/send each a "copy"? Wow, if I had enough friends which I don't, I could fill the place with my single seat. Obviously, they would catch the hoax @ the gate; but it would be a gas trying this out. What the instructions/justifications did NOT have was anything on PARKING??? Anyhow, sorry about complaining to you all; when I really am only asking for HELP finding this procedure again. THANKS

Vaccination is STILL the #1 way to prevent covid and the spreading of covid! Obviously, the latest data and history is showing vaxed people can be carriers and spreaders. But they are astronomically lower in both cases; and vaccinations wearing out over time looks like a contributing factor. But please do not lump vaccinated in with the non-vaccinated. Non-vaccinated are the #1 cause of this pandemic being dragged on. And #2 are those who refuse to follow masking, social distancing and scientifically proven safety & prevention guidelines. All that being said, my issue for "perhaps" asking for my money back is A COACH who refused to canvas his players about their vaccination status. At the time of his refusal it was NOT a mandate; but in the CAA it pretty much is an issue now. He is the coach; and he needs to KNOW who is and who is not vaccinated; for the safety of the whole TEAM & the community. What he does with the knowledge and if his decisions effect wins & loses is another matter. But leaving it up to the players to police themselves is NOT doing his job!

Pretty sure they DO COUNT. Remember first time [right after lax canceled in 2020] covid extra year offered; schools had to way the benefits of less scholarships for recruits. Unless they changed this, extra year returnees & transfers DO count towards scholie limits??

Update. Yesterday CAA officially ruled, team that can not play a game due to covid will FORFEIT! If both teams at fault--NO CONTEST. Gattuso must enforce VAX. IF he choose to fight this, I'm asking for my money back for my season ticket. I will NOT support a coach or team that choose's individual choice over the GOOD of the TEAM and the COMMUNITY. Please do not get me wrong, there absolutely is a time & place to FIGHT with all your might for individual RIGHTS & FREEDOMS!! IMHO covid vaccination is NOT.

CW, Were you able to print a parking pass? and Do you know if they will be mailing the tickets & parking for the season in a packet or offering a meet/greet pick-up day as they have done in the past?? Or is printing on our own the only option?? I have been holding off contacting Nate about these questions; hoping that UA would be sending some information without my prodding . Article about TITLE IX front page of TU today. Interviewed people at St Rose and lcc. Article mostly about covid and financial loses to Athletic departments and especially how that effected woman sports. Interesting comment from lcc: "At her former school, Siena also said it has no plans to ax teams. Athletic director John D’Argenio said sports help drive enrollment with so many athletes outside of the basketball programs paying at least some of their own way." Curious lcc currently running an add on TV claiming lcc guarantees all applicants a $57,000 scholarship. Then their athletic director claims most student athletes pay at least some of their way. Don't think that computes; but I never really believe any of the garbage that come out of the school. The article goes on to say how St.Rose and especially lcc & D'Argenio have built up their opportunities for women over the years; but fails to reveal their current TITLE IX statuses?? But I digress; what is most interesting, UA the largest school in the area is NOT mentioned or interviewed at all. Probably a very good thing UA not interviewed????????????
