  1. This is one of the articles I was referencing: https://m.timesunion.com/sports/article/Graduate-transfer-rule-may-be-hurting-UAlbany-13729315.php This one talks about Lulka graduating this spring.
  2. Team should win again this week, so maybe a 2 game winning streak will draw in some fans? My family had to go out of town last minute so I went by myself, leaving 3 tickets unused. It says a lot that I couldn't find anyone to take my tickets for free. Even with short notice, I have some of the best seats in the place. Shouldn't be that hard to find takers.
  3. That's a great get. At least 2 more players to find. To me the elephant in the room is the grad transfer rule. Does anyone know if you can play 2 years at a new school when using the grad transfer rule? Has it been done before? I think I remember Brown saying at some point last year that the Aussies were such great students that they may be able to graduate at the end of this year. Does that mean there "could" be a need to replace 1-3 more bodies? You would have to imagine that Healy would be super attractive to a top school with 2 years to play.
  4. He also spoke about playing faster and potentially going smaller instead of traditional. The team appears to be deep, so that could be exciting. Looking at the projections on barttorvick the team looks super strong offensively, so that could be a good thing, but the team is projected near the bottom defensively. I think we will see a lot of high scoring games this season.

  6. Anyone know how to listen without iTunes? I refuse to put that cancer on any of my devices.

  8. 2 options: 1. Play a D3 at home and get an additional game 2. Find a buy game somewhere (not easy) While playing a D3 sucks, at least it is a former rival from before the D1 era and at least it is an additional home game.
  9. All I ask for is communication. Clear consistent messaging. It's not the parking location at all.
  10. I'll stop complaining. I was more just frustrated at the moment, that there was no updated communication on it anywhere that I have seen recently. Thank you Click for sharing the link. Communication is the number 1 complaint about the Athletic Department today. This one just got me going. I am never one to be cheap or complain about costs. If you look at my post history you can see dozens of posts where I yell at people being cheap or calling UA Athletics too expensive. I feel the opposite way. I wish I could give more, and I probably would if there was a small amount of additional communication.
  11. Where did that chart come from? Was it on the website? I have not seen it in any communications. I was under the impression that the spaces were handed out via GDAC point priority. This is why I asked how many spaces are in the lot. I am definitely in the top 500. I am not a big donor, but have been loyal, and was a corporate sponsor before my budget was cut (never got any GDAC points for the corporate sponsorship). It is going to be funny when the SEFCU lot is 3/4 empty at every game like last year. For the record: I only make it to 2-3 games a year at best, have trouble GIVING my prime seats away with SEFCU passes, and my purchase of tickets this year was more or less a donation. I was going to cancel them, but decided that it was worth it to retain the good seats for a future when they turn the ship around, and the SEFCU lot passes made it easy for me to show up to a game if I decided to go and watch them stink. With that in mind, I consider my donation $600! (($100+$50)x4)) Maybe if they wanted to raise some more money they could have made a phone call or sent an e-mail to the people that were just short saying: "hey: we had to set the level a little higher this year, but we still have some spaces available. If you donate another $50 or another $100 we could get you the better parking" or something like that. At least it would have been communication! I would have considered it.
  12. I called and was told I was $50 short and need to make another donation to get there. Not sure I am going to. This is going back to my (and many others) major complaints with the athletic department. No communication at all. If they want to make it a $250 minimum to get SEFCU lot passes (when I had them 2 years ago at $100, and last year at $200) then F&cking tell us. Why make us wait until we get the tickets and passes then have us feel like cheapskates when we ask about it? Sorry sir, your donation amount this year was too small. Anyone know how many total spots are in the SEFCU lot? Reminder: this is coming from me. The person that usually gets on people who claim they can't go to games because they have priced fans out of the game. I have always stated that the prices are fair. I'm not a complainer about the money.
  13. I was at $200 so far this year (4 season tickets) so I guess I am just short. That said, GDAC points are fairly high after so many years of season Tix and past year donations.
  14. Got my tickets today. Apparently they must have sold a bunch of season tickets and donations this year. After having SEFCU lot parking passes the last two seasons I was dropped to Dutch lot.
  15. Has anyone received their season tickets yet? I know it is still 2 weeks until the first home game, but it feels like it is getting late. I have not received mine yet.
  16. Right now it is only 6 away games. Have to figure that there will be 2-3 more games added to the schedule. Sacred Heart and Presby are both on a nuetral court. (@Quin)
  17. It's great to watch basketball again. The broadcast sucks, but I like the no commentators. Team looks sloppy to me, but there has been a bunch of strange lineups so far. Tie game 34-34 at the moment.
  18. Apparently UA took the lead at halftime going up 36-34, and are currently losing by 3
  19. You can see some videos and stuff on Carletons Twitter page, but still no real info.
  20. Any updates on video or audio for tonight's game?
  21. Last time they played it was at TUC, but technically it was a nuetral court as far as tickets go. They year before was at SEFCU. The women don't play their home games at TUC, so it was nuetral outside of the logo on the court. No reason to complain about this game being at the LCC campus.
  22. Siena announced that they are playing UA this season at the Arc. (Women, not men) Coach Carm said that UA MBB is not on the schedule.
  23. So we play UVM for BPG at home and for their senior night on the road. Interesting.
