The signing period is imminent and there's got to be questions in the eyes of our recruits as to whether the coach is going to be here. This deal needs to get done ASAP.

Whether it's good or bad remains to be seen. What is currently bad for our basketball program is not having a coach under contract for 3-4 years. This has a very detrimental affect on recruiting. We need to get this out of the way in a hurry. We need our verbals to sign and fill any other scholarships still open, which is at either 1 or 2.

This is response I got to same query: "the bid for the actual construction contract is in the contract recorder, and I believe it has a deadline of April 10, maybe 15th. For the time being, trees are being removed, basketball hoops are being taken down. I have heard that they are going to leave the existing fence up for now to help define the construction area".

I thought prces sections etc. were decided by the AE. This seemsvery strange.

Daneman, lighten up. I try to never miss a game, but there are other priorities in life and family is one of them. Down the road, when you have to inherit your season tickets to get them, it won't matter. As someone who has been watching the games regularly since going D1, I can say this has been a great season. I have no doubts we're still on the rise and that there will be ups and downs along the way. Go Danes!

There were empty seats at the St. Rose game. I don't know if they were sold or not.

I saw the plans and unless they changed, the football stadium in going to be where the RAAC parking lot is. The new baseball field will be closer to the other facilities. More in the area of the last practice field and off the south end of the new lax field hockey fields.

I have heard that Joe is on campus and is concentrating on his academics. To me it is critical that this happens and I'm glad UA athletics makes academics as important as the athletics. The vast majority of our players will not be playing their sport for a living.

I would have gone if basketball wasn't playing, sorry.
