That was not good. I think they was because it was AE champion shio game..they only had AE merchandise for sale...same thing for the women's game. That is correct, the conference requested that. Interesting that at the women's tournament in Bingo they were allowed to sell Bingo crap.

How much of a cut is the AE taking from each school that hosts a game. They don't have a guarantee from the tourney site anymore. The AE has to get that money some where. Yes the exposure is good for schools that get to host but half are left out and the money won't be as much as for a regular season game.

As someone who has been to the tournament every year, I think the playoffs stink. I was thrilled when the conference did the right thing and combined the men and women at one site. I think it is completely wrong that a choice may have to made on Sunday between a game in Albany and a game in Bingo. At the very least don't play the mens and womens games on the same day.

Umm, I have been to a bunch of games this season and a bunch last year and before a few weeks ago, I didn't know it was there... and several employees at SEFCU apparently did not know either. If we make it to the Big Dance this year we will not be in the PIG. We will be both regular season champs and AE "tournament" champs. With that, if we somehow do end up in the PIG then we need a new conference ASAP.
