Anyone know anything about when they start to get this going. They mentioned in the TU Today about Marr saying thy love the facility, but cant wait till they have their field next year. Anyone know what the name of the field will be, or when they plan on starting this thing up and ripping up the courts?

How do you become a graduate assistant for a team. Is it a program, or do you have to be a ex-player etc...im just wondering because im trying to get to grade school, and im gonna be a senior next year, and the idea of maybe going and trying to talk to a coach to see if i can get involved has crossed my mind. I want to be a teacher when i graduate, and the idea of coaching possibly middle school or high school athletic team for after school has always crossed my mind. Anyone have an idea how you go about with that etc?

Drexel 6-1 and first in their Conference in Colonial. Maybe they are the surprise team of the year. It happens. Yea is was an upset, but maybe Drexel is that good this year. They need to come back and win this week now.

Im going all out on this one: Illinois, UConn, Syracuse and Louisville Illinois def UConn in the National Championship. What does everyone else have. Thoughts on what you think about picks and the tournament?

There is no way, NO WAY, that Hutcheson is not player of the year over Kim Corbitt of Maine...you cant convince me. - Hutcheson is 4th in scoring, 15.2 pts per game, to Corbitts 23rd in scoring of 9.2 per game. - Hutcheson leads the conference in blocked shots...by 11 blocks!!!! The avg is near 29-30...she has 44!!! - Hutcheson has 103 offensive rebounds, 1st in the conference. - Hutcheson is first in total rebounds, by 43 rebounds!!!!! - Hutcheson is 1 steal more then Corbbit with 47. The only area where she is extremly better then Hutcheson is Assist/Turnover ratio and Assists...thats it!!! There is no way you can tell me that those numbers were the factor in player of the year. No way. SHE DRAWS DOUBLE AND TRIPLE TEAMS AS MATT SAID...WE HAVE ALL SEEN IT. Im extremly upset with this. The biggest garbage i have ever seen.

o trust me...im not believing all of it. But I think you can agree with me that the negativity around here is gettign a little extreme, and its starting to effect all of us.

things just seem extremly crazy around this team right now. It is kinda worrying me. I mean this has happened in the last week: - we lose to Bing - McElroy and Brown negotiating and then not. - Brown rumors going to Stony Brook, and then not. - UCLA, SD State and Florida Sched set? - Driscol fired, other firings to come For some reason i want to blame McElroy for all this, but then realize i cant. Then i want to blame the Times Union and its Siena loving talk. Its driving me crazy. Now im even worried that people are saying we are the favorites going into next year. Frankly, i want them to rank us 8th again preseason so we can have a different mentality. Things are just worrying me right now with this program, so me and you are on the same level Patch. Frankly, i think McElroy and Brown need to have a joint press conference and lay everything out there right now...but thats my opinion.

thats the thing. When i went to go look at ASU, i got to check out the baseball team practice...IN LATER JANUARY-EARLY FEB...OUTSIDE...70 DEGREE WEATHER...ON THE FIELD. UA be lucky to get REAL practice time on the field till April. How is any NE team allowed to compete?

let remember, that this is still the Siena Newspaper. They may have more coverage of UA, but they trying to create problems when they dont exist. I guess these Siena boys are use to it, because they try to hide the problem when it does exist.

Men and Womens teams both lose. Men are out of the Tournament. Women drop to 6th seed. Womens lacrosse loses by 6. Baseball gives up 7 runs in the 1st and lose 14-5...not the best day. Guess we all have our good and bad days.
