Dear UAlbany Season Ticketholders,

Athletics would like to confirm that tonight’s Men’s Basketball game against UMass Lowell will be played as scheduled at7:00! The University has been working extremely hard to get the lots plowed and they have done a tremendous job. We do not expect to have any parking issues tonight and the SEFCU lot will be staffed. As a precaution please give yourself a few extra minutes to get here. Tonight’s game is a battle between the 3rd and 4th place teams in the conference so we hope to see you at7:00.

Also, today has been a groundbreaking day for UAlbany Football. The newest commitments to the football program have been announced throughout the morning and the coaching staff is very excited with the quality of the class. For more information on the recruits please check UAlbanysports.com and the UAlbany Sports and UAlbany Football twitter accounts over the next 24 hours. Football season is right around the corner and we are excited to welcome these recruits to the PURPLE FAM!

Thank you for your continued support!

It's clear that UVM is the class of the league. Stony Brook has struggled as well, IMHO.

Barring two disasters at UNH and UML...we are right where we are supposed to be, and with a depleted roster. If you had projected an 8-2 record at this point...everyone would have agree that would be o.k.

You gotta agree it's a bit maddening to watch this beat down after what they did to SBU and Hartford and wonder how they can turn around and look like total dog ***T!

Agreed. But you also have to agree that against both UNH and UML we weren't even close to 75% healthy.

Again, if we were healthy we win those games...even though we did play like shyte.

Agreed...specifically the UML game stands out with the injuries.

I am starting to believe that in the AE anything can happen.

It doesn't do anything if I want to talk basketball with a fan from a bigger and better conference, but I guess it is something.
