MBB: @ Cornell 1/2

Sounds more than food poisoning/stomach virus. I wonder if his heart condition flared up. I hope not. Nice kid; was funny and showed a quick wit at the meet greet.

Good game except for the turnovers (Bye, Wyland, & Brown all commented, cornell double and triple teamed the ball all night). A little concerned about lack of scoring from Singletary lately [not just last night.] Another positive about Nichols--if you have to play small, he can leap out of the gym which helps negate the small line-up re-bound disadvantage. {if there was a dunk contest on the team, I think he would win.} Also, Dallas has held his own on the boards, even playing out of position as a 4 and sometimes even a 5.

Seems to be a recurring theme this year. Luckily the team was able to hold on...

From the Cornell article above:

Cornell used its pressure defense to make the Great Danes uncomfortable throughout the night, forcing 17 turnovers and holding Albany without a field goal over the game's final 6:13. The rally came just a bit too late.
