KenPom has UA as the 10pt favorite I absolutely can't believe that after watching the Lehigh game ranked 226 by KP. 

 

Canisius ranked 280 by KP has played one game losing to Brown on the road by 8.  One game is almost no sample size but it's all we got for now and analytically they are a mess on both sides, can't shoot, can't defend. They turned it over 22 times against Brown. I'd see if we can sprinkle in some of that press we had against Lehigh. I doubt they will be as bad as they were in the Brown game with some practice and tape under their belt.

Are you off your meds again?  We need more of the manic and a little less of the depressive!  Hopefully after Wednesday night.  It's a little early in the season for a full meltdown.

We are in basketball season... I tote around the gas can from November to March. I make no apologies for it... It's who I am... It's what I do.

Much better. Still some wild play on offense but the defense has been much better. Need the same effort in the second half!

I had to coach my son's practice tonight, so I am missing my first D1 home game in years. Only watched the second half. Is Canisius that bad this year, or did the team step up the defense?

They did a nice job for most of the cutting off the driving lanes, which is the opposite of game 1.  Very good win.

This is more of the team I was hoping to see last Saturday.

More selective with three pointing shooting.

Getting the ball in the post.

More of a Trey Hutcheson fan every game. 

Defending with urgency.

Maybe de Sousa's best game. His physical skills were impressive last year but he seems to understand what's going on and anticipate things before they happen. Really like seeing him catch the ball in the post - something good happens almost every time he gets it down there.

Nothing like the MAAC to cure what ails you.

Not especially dead, but definitely smaller crowd than the first game. Biggest cheers, of course, when Fruscio got off the bench with 2 min. left

Remember when our goal was to hit more free throws than the other team shot?

I didn't think we signed Romani Hansen to chuck 3-pointers.

They were picked seventh in the 11-team MAAC preseason
