First game is at South Florida . . . whose new coach is . . . Charlie Strong. He'll be the guy who looks like several tons of pressure have been lifted off his shoulders, since he won't have to try to answer to UT alum$$$, 90,000+ fans at home games, Texas high school coaches from metro programs that act like and are funded like college programs (on the other hand, maybe Florida has some of these, too), media, university president, Bevo the Longhorn mascot (actually, the way he lazily chews his cud, I don't think he cares one way or the other), folks who don't understand why UT is EVER out of the top 5 . . .

about Pittsburgh . . . I can answer my own question, al least "tentatively" . . . according to www.fbsschedules.com, Pitt is scheduled to play UAlbany on Sept. 1, 2018 . . . then Delaware in 2019 and Richmond in 2020 . . . all the schedules for schools at this site are labelled "tentative" . . .

at Central Michigan on August 29, 2019 . . . BTW, the correct address is www.fbschedules.com (not with 2 "s" in the middle) . . . fun to look at . . . even though I'm sure the schedules are always in some state of uncertainty, especially beyond next year . . . (and I couldn't find FCS teams, just FBS) . . .

Always subject to change (buyout or whatever) but the 19 Game was mentioned when I got my season tickets. I think directly by the coach. I am looking forward to that one since I can make a long labor day weekend and see another college football game on Saturday (Stanford at northwestern perhaps) and baseball games on Friday and Sunday

I'm not sure how the conference schedules work. Albany played at JMU 2 years ago. Would that mean they will be in Albany next season?

I'm asking because a coworker's nephew is their qb (Schor) and I'm curious if they will be here next season during his senior year.

So glad we didn't play that team this year. Are they going to be as good next year? Some of their scores were unbelievable. 80 points...TWICE. 60 points...TWICE. 50 points...THREE times. Are you kidding me? Offense must be using cheat codes.

I'm excited to build off this 2016. When you think about it.

Albany beat Buffalo, Buffalo beat Army, Army beat Navy, Navy beat Notre Dame.

So ipso facto Albany beat Notre Dame!
