I'm not sure about anyone else but I've seen a lot of David Nichols. He seems to be featured in many of the advertising campaigns to promote the upcoming season. Just curious, because he played behind a stacked backcourt last year and didn't get much time. I'm hoping this is a sign that he has a lot more to show us this season.

Curious how many wins people see this year. Considering the schedule is on the favorable side I'm being optimistic with one more win than loss.

Huge loss for them...for those that don't know, Hartford originally refused to grant him a release. So I can't yell "you want some syrup with that!?" at games no mo? Awww mannn Only at the Vermont games. Pancake might end up with Pikiell at Rutgers. It's a small world.

I'm hoping it's because our defense is so good. If it makes us feel any better, Buffalo has yet to name a starting QB.

I'm hoping we have enough talent that we don't need a 20 point scorer but I can see the excitement. Cremo nearly put up starters numbers in about 60% of the minutes. We could be getting double digit points from Stire, Mike Rowley or Dallas on any given night. The real question I have is at the PG spot.

Maybe they just don't want to post a roster without Shereesa Richards on it. I don't really blame them.

For such a promisingly looking freshman he's had some strange turns.I'd have to imagine he'd go JUCO at this late date.

It'll be interesting to see if Andrews is the first guard off the bench as his minutes tailed off as the season went on. I kind of thought he would have more of impact considering our other guards were freshman but, then again, Cremo.

Guilty. I think some people on this board enjoy following the recruiting process more than others. Also, even though they're only "offers" it's kind of fun to know when we're recruiting a local player. I'm pretty sure there are people on this board who will read about an offer to a local player and then go watch a couple of their games. They might even wear their UAlbany gear to show the love. Then again, there are some crazy people on this board.

Glad to hear a real big guy will be coming in and another Australia. We've offered four guys: Hank, Issac White, Jacob Rigoni and Lat Mayen who are all teamates on the same Australian National team. It would be great to get all four guys together who are used to playing on the same team and get along.

More power indeed...but I don't think I'd be wrong to say that for many of us, burning a PTO day for something as trivial as an OC ball game instead of saving them up for things that matter is just silly PTO management skills IMO. Has nothing to do with being a fan or not being a fan which is sometimes the connotation associated with such posts (discussing lack of fan support on the road). Bob just needs to remember not everyone is in his shoes . Easy for him to tell people to take time off and join him...it's not his PTO they'll be using lol. Championship game or something of that stature? Sure. OC game against Penn State? Nah. Count me out. I tend to have problems waiting for the first home game of the year. Saturday would have worked perfectly but the games in CT the next weekend don't look bad to scratch that itch.
