No offense, but I have no idea who number 40 is?

 

Pretty sure 40 is supposed to be for Coach Ford ("Fordie"). But that's a guess.

Also of note, the coaching apparel is managed by the equipment office, while the team store is managed by the stadium/marketing team.

 

There has always been a disconnect in terms of quality, IMO. It's why I never get any gear from e team store.

I'd love a legit Nike jersey of the better players and not a generic number which might not even be a number of the kid on the field (thanks for the Fordie thing, I didn't realize that lol). There is definitely options and they could make a decent amount of money selling actual team gear instead of some knock off looking cheap shirts and such. It would be another nice revenue stream.

 

Personally, I'd like to find a Drew Smith #10 jersey or a #23 Osbourne jersey.

 

I also wouldn't mind finding a UAlbany Mini-Helmet, putting it in a case, and keeping it at the office. Or another one for the house.

Also I saw many people wearing straw hats like Bob Ford wears but I can't find any on the websites or under any apparel listings at all. We should have these available
