Despite his height (or because of his width) Hank didnt seem to play above the rim much, instead having those Rowley-like moves on the floor. Have to see how his quickness compares to the rest of the league, I thought Foster was at least even with him rebounding.

When Healy went to the basket on that one break I just thought Man, hes fast

BTW the winning gold team listed two forwards and three guards, purps were three and two

Unveiling at SEFCU Arena sounds like the plaza is putting its name on the scoreboard.

#101843 Friday Poll - Four Game MVP

Voted for Hatalsky, but could easily have gone for Hoskins, even Mencer or Gray. Defense is what's been really impressive about this team.

#101767 [FB] Game 5 - @ Elon - 9/30 - 2PM

Posted by UAalum72 on 24 September 2017 - 03:41 PM

The game's listed as FREE not Premium on the College Sports Live app. Online the packages start at $9.95/month but I don't know if you can register for free stuff. Maybe the schools will provide a live link later

#101736 [FB] Game 4 - vs Villanova - 9/23 - 7PM

Correct description of this game is slobberknocker. Defense wins the game ball.

Attendance 6866 great for Rosh Hoshanah weekend

Now to flush my eyes, still burning from the pink smoke

#101555 Title IX violations

Kinda devious. I like it. But wouldn't be a good look if some muckraking reporter does a story on it, even if it's allowed.

Another expense, I'm sure you'd have to get insurance for all these athletes.

I looked at the men's lacrosse stats, and of the 40+ players listed, twelve played in fewer than ten games, so maybe you wouldn't need all 97 more women if they cut a few of the men walkons.

Is this a confirmed "white out"?

As far as I know and was posted on their FB, it is.
It does say "WHITE OUT" on the Gold Level ticket

It's because of your GDAC donation (the $50 for each seat) that you receive the parking.

If anyone ever needs extra's, please let me know (I have two seats). I only get to 1-2 games per year due to work and distance.  I also sit in the Upper Deck for the same reasons as GDG.

Dane96 sits right by me, Click and Jimbo (and maybe others). I feel like we have the best seats in the house. Right on the 50 yard line nice and high. See everything. I've sat in the lower level for the spring games and I can't see crap on running plays.

I promise to behave. lol.

Since there's just the two of us it's not a burden, but I could see where it would be prohibitive if there was a brood to bring along. There should be some sort of youth pricing to try and build up the fan base for future years.

We've found the berm a good solution for kids. Tickets are cheaper and many kids aren't great about sitting in one spot for a long time. On the berm they can wander and roll down the hill. Sight lines aren't quite as good and you do miss Eli yelling at the quarterback but hey, you can't have everything.

But the berm has the best view of the video scoreboard

This game is a 'whiteout' game so where your white shirts folks!

NOT AFTER LABOR DAY
A fake status "rule" from a time when only the stinking rich could afford a separate summer wardrobe, and hire help to keep cotton and linen clean and unwrinkled.
It's going to be 82 and sunny. It's still summer

BTW Rodger mentioned Morgan St. AD Ed Scott got his bachelor's and masters at Albany, played baseball for four years and was a team captain for John Mueller

But can't get a video feed of their games online.   :)

Well, one of his stops was with academics and compliance at Binghamton. Don't know if that was during the Broadus era or cleaning it up

#101184 9/2 @ODU

Posted by UAalum72 on 03 September 2017 - 06:52 PM

Couple things mentioned on the ODU forum

ODU had 18 completions but five were to Duhart and only one other to a WR. Ten were to RBs and two to a tight end. Pads the completion %.

They had two runs of 41 and 28 yards. Otherwise they gained 29 yards net on 29 carries
