Amazing. That HAS to get us some good PR on ESPN lol.
-
Man...I'm shocked. This team has the makings of something extra special...
-
Ahh okay, gotcha. That's what I was guessing...
-
I will preface this with the fact that I think our dance team and cheer team do a very good job compared to some of the others we've seen (LCC, IMO)...but since your daughter cheers, can I ask you a question (maybe you can ask her lol)? Why is ALL of their music super high pitched and/or treble turned up to the max? Also, why is it incredibly loud? Do they ask for it like that? While the girls do a great job, their music makes my ears hurt (and I'm a musician/used to loud music). Just thinking about it makes them hurt. It's almost as bad as that announcer at the football games lol.

Not his teammate. That was Joel Wincowski with the UMBC shirt. Joel plays a couple of classes down.
Also looks like he plays for Lake George and not Scotia?
-
I'm wondering if Hooley's situation might be mentioned...so for all you folks who'll be there Sunday...lets make some serious noise!
-
Brown has quite the team this year.
-
Quick side question...why is Geremy McKay in my Thursday evening class and not at the game? lol
EDIT: Also, nice gesture by Hartford. *golf clap*

He and Will host the Coaches vs. Cancer, locally, so it seems logical and very nice that he donated to the cause. I'm glad he did it and will leave it at that.
The issue isn't that he donated. He deserves a thank you for that.
The issue is he is boasting about it...and using it to 'soften relations' to get the game back. That's nonsense.

Danes go distance in a time of crisis - Wilkin
Peter's dad wants him to stay for a week to ten days and then go back to school. Let's hope things work out so he's able to.
Proud to be a fan of this team and a future alum of this University. We bring in not only talented kids, but GOOD kids. And our coaches are also great leaders.
Kudos to everyone.

They are allowed to work with coaches in the offseason before training camp/spring practices start? I guess, based on other NCAA sports, that contact is limited? Or am I just way off lol
-
I love the end of the year SBU game...they need to make that an annual every-year-last-week rivalry game (alternating sites) if it hasn't been done already. Who knows, some year we might be playing for a playoff berth against them.

Matthew 6:3 NLT - "But when you give to someone in need, don't let your left hand know what your right hand is doing."
The fact that Patsos is tooting his own horn (whether it's our Peter or not) is just bad. Really man? And then to use it at this time with that angle and what's going on with Peter? Real bad. Come on, Patsos.
Very well said.
I edited my post slightly after seeing your quote of it...my English failed on that one lol. But seriously...bad choice of words by that guy.

Matthew 6:3 NLT - "But when you give to someone in need, don't let your left hand know what your right hand is doing."
The fact that Patsos is tooting his own horn when it comes to a donation (whether it's for our Peter or not) is just bad. Really man? And then to use it at this time and relating it a freakin BALL GAME to get an angle? Real bad. Come on, Patsos. -
I love that the games are on ESPN3.

We should start saying we need a bigger place because we're running out of room to hang our banners.

Headshot...lol...*drops mic*

SBU arena is slated to open in '17-'18 from what I can gather, seat 5k people in it's basketball configuration and cost a whopping $85mil. I'm not sure where the funding is coming from.
But a 5k seat arena for that much money is going to be spectacular if they actually get it.
You mean UMBC. For a second I thought the Long Island Arena or whatever it's called was temporary home for a bigger one? I was like:

First team to beat SB at home. I LIKE.
Edit: MsGDG beat me to it.
-
Nice 17pt win. BOOYA!
-
They've calmed back down and pulled it out. Those two timeouts helped I'm sure. SB can't buy a bucket.
Didn't realize Evan was the best FT shooter in the conference.*golf clap*
