Looking at his offers, I am guessing that we don't have much of a chance as well, but watching his highlights and hearing him speak, we can hope the connections are strong enough.

Home against SBU while the students are away sucks. That is a game that normally draws well.

The team definitely needs to focus on signing a couple of bigs at this point, and that should be their focus IMHO. After this season, the team will be left with Conway, Hank, and Lulka. All 3 could be great players, but unless the team wants to go small, there wont be any depth

I think I say this before every season, but I don't think I have ever been this excited about a team we are putting on the floor. Unless everyone is oberhyped, I don't envy the task of finding enough minutes to keep everyone happy. Becker seemed to do so successfully last season at UVM. I hope we can this year.

Call me a negative nelly, but I don't think it will help that much. Albany area people are snobs. Our best attendance years were when we went 15-1 in conference. The years after the team made the tournament. Win the first few games against quality opponents then the attendance will come. Make it to the round of 32 or the sweet 16 and the attendance will come. Siena only has higher attendance because their alumni stay in the area in much higher numbers, and as a smaller private school they feel more connected by college. Again, win and they will come.

I keep seeing noticing the offer to Harrison Butler. It sticks out as one of the only 3 Star recruits based on Verbal commits. Anyone know anything about him?

Nice signing. Other offers were Boston University, St. Joe's, Loyola, Columbia, Robert Morris, Mt. St. Mary's, SBU, and others. He will have one year probably not playing a ton, but could be a great 1-2 with Healy.

Anyone know where Ray Sanders and Evan Singletary are playing now? Last I heard they were both doing very well.

Now that's what I'm talking about. A series started with a top MAC school. Another one while the students are not in town. I hate bigger home games happening during those dates. Let that be when the team travels, or schedule the Oneonta type games during that week. I shouldn't complain as it is a good game to schedule.

He does seem to have quick feet and a smooth touch for his size. Kind of reminds me of Big Rich around the rim. I wish they would show foul shooting in these videos of big men though. I have to imagine that he can hit them based on this video and his mid-range shots.
