Color details are starting to go up on the tower facade.

Also looks like the final prep is being done on the field to start laying the turf. That will be an exciting point because it will really look like a football stadium.

Awesome news it will only help our athletic department as well as music. Kevin has done an amazing job growing the pep band over the past ten years. He will do a great job in directing the marching band. I can't wait to see what the uniforms will look like.

Yes, a chain link fence is going up; seperates the field according to the plan. And yes, it looks like they are leveling the gravel for the cushion layer that goes under the turf.

Is that a chain-link fence going up seperating the field and visitor's side...instead of a wall?

Those piles of gravel are being spread out as well... turf soon?

As D96 said, the chainlink is according to plan. The wall would eventually go up as part of the full scale visitors side, like the lower bowl on the home side. I'm sure they'll spruce it up this year with the fence banners. Plus the temporary bleachers will, in all liklihood, be a raised set with the first rows starting above the height of the fence.

The turf will go down very quickly.
