Why do they keep saying UAlbany is in zone? They aren't playing zone, unless he means like "in the zone", like the saying and not playing zone..lol. I dunno he said it 3 times in the first half and again this half.

16pts for Hooley so far. Some nice drives by him that are going in. The first few games of the seasons those drives and layups weren't going in. Good to see they are starting to fall. That's what we need from him as we get into conference play. Even if he can't hit his 3s his crazy drives to the hoop are def needed.

Not sure when Hooley grew the beard back, but I am crediting that with his shots going in tonight. Maybe it was a few games ago, but I didn't notice before today.

I disagree about the crazy drives. I think they hurt us as not only do they rarely go in but he often falls to the floor on them and is late getting back on D. This game he has been better about staying upright and finishing or dishing but remaining in the play. His wild stiff is ridiculous, just trying to draw fouls.

It worked his first 3 years. He drew a ton of fouls and made his FTs. That was his game and it worked. However he scores I don't care, it's just his crazy shots weren't going in, nor was he getting the calls early this season. Was a no win situation. This game they are actually going in which is great. maybe godanesgo99 is right, maybe it's the beard. Making him more balanced when he goes up for a shot, top heavy ha.
