I was really hoping for the new arena to be able to max out around 6,500-7,500. Well smaller than MVP but more capacity than today. I know we aren't moving up in the next decade, but as a large state school of 17,000 students and a capital region of over a million residents I thought the long term plan was to attempt to move to a FBS type conference and this draw more fans.

100%   That's my guess.  That's why I said that had to be done first.

The place will allow for standing room and other areas up to 9000.  That's unrealistic.  What is realistic is 4500-5000.  When the annex is built, theoretically they can expand that side with court clubs, etc.  Adding more.  And, as was seen in gallagher iba arena, you can ALWAYS expand through the roof or literally cut seats out of the area that is fixed and build upper decks.  That's unrealistic for MANY MANY YEARS, if ever.

Exciting...film rooms built for each team.  It will be part of the lockeroom and each will have a player's lounge.  touch screen system being built in for analysis and game planning

• Locker Rooms: New for Men and Women, will contain film rooms and have a players lounge with touch screen system built in for analysis/game planning in each one

Awesome...I will keep firing things off.  But the Cap club and concourse bars are the same.  So two of them.

The graphic designs are AMAZING.  Siena fans going to be jelly.  We are the "Capital City's Team"

Lockerooms will be set up like a mini dorm in a sense, with sink with disposal, refrigerator, cabinets, etc.

Ton of new cabling and AV wiring.   New speakers. New Broadcast wiring and capacities.  New lighting, including broadcast lighting for HD.
