BestDaneSinceHamlet Posted September 10, 2013 Report Share Posted September 10, 2013 I just did a section check..all the student purple sections are sold out (cool) and most of the 100 sections are gone save one or two seats. there are huge chunks on the 200s to the left and right...the middles ones are all sold out, but interestingly, the entire away side is sold out. I'd love to know how the berm is selling..plus i really like saying the word "berm" Btw, this is Daryl B, yee of the "lets use the cartoon mascot" fame. I needed a more clever name. I'm guessing, but I'd say at least 75% of attendees at University Field were walk-ups. Very few season ticket holders and very few people bought tickets in advance. I can't believe it will be < 6000. Our first home game was always pretty well attended at the old venue. I just hope everything is ready so that the new or casual fans have a good experience.
