Disappointing that the A-10 tries to charge $7 to watch the women's game. Not happening.

Looks like coach is getting prepped to beat up on TN Vols 6 woman rotation today, Tate and Carter coming up big. Richards just an average day with 31 pts.! Great FT shooting, 0 - yes 0 3pt. shots made and only 4 attempted. Not sure how this team does anything out of conference without getting the 3's going. I guess you gotta go with strengths and get out of conference first.

Complaining about refs?!?!?!? Really? A lot wrong with that game, lack of D intensity #1, did Singletary sit at all? This game is chump change and we lost with out giving bench guards much playing time. Brown has to own his lack of confidence in his bench that he only perpetuates by giving them no time in the OOC.

Nothing about this game is due to refs. A lot of missed assignments on D.

The narrator was pretty clear that the first few applications of the rules will result in A LOT of fouls but that the goal was a more free flowing game. The verticality rule and the larger arc around the basket may allow guards, especially smaller quicker ones, to drive and dish. No points off a charge though, no matter when the ball is released. Hopefully teams and refs will be used to this by conference play.

The weight of our big guys should weigh heavily on our opponents this year. As good as Warney is, we will have 3 BIG men able to anchor him when SBU plays us. I think this team is the best balanced group in the league. SBU new guys and return guys (Walker) will have to take time to fit in. Ours will be a new dynamic with the loss of Sam but the starting personnel are all there. And, I will be that guy, Sam made a lot of mistakes by holding the ball, slowing down the game, poor passing (some of which was his team mate's fault), forcing shots on double and triple teams ... that could be improved upon by this group. Obviously he was key in so many ways but this team could be a much more fun and successful one without him.

I believe he used up his eligibility in the indoor season. T&F is hard to follow as Indoor and outdoor are counted as separate seasons but the clock starts ticking as soon as you start one or the other.
