UMBC is 2-11 with wins over Towson and UNH. In conference play they are 1-0 with their win over UNH on Monday 82-76 in New Hampshire. Their top two scorers against UNH were Plummer 23 pts and Neller w/ 17pts. They out rebounded UNH 39-31.

We should have asked the conference to make this our first league game. We could have worked it in with the Mount and Maryland games.

 

Hopefully we are prepared for the new look UMBC.

I liked that we came back from six to take a double digit lead with Suero on the bench most of the time. Was it a hallucination or did Luke Devlin drive from the three point line to the hoop, put in a lay-up while being fouled?

Good thing you are listening to Wyland because these announcers are horrible and beyond homers. Constantly complaining about the refs for about the last 7 minutes before halftime. When UMBC had the ball a couple time the guy was complaining that UA had their hands all over them and nothing called. Now complaining about it during the halftime show. Too funny.

 

Logan and Devlin are both having nice games. UMBC doing a very good job of cutting off Suero's driving lanes when he gets by the first defender. UMBC was banging 3s like crazy. One guy shoots 12% from 3 for the season and is 3-3 from 3. Glad we were able to take control here a bit. Need to drop the hammer now.
