I have no inside knowledge, but it seems to me that the AE has totally forsaken football, which resulted in both UA and SBU making the moves they did and Bryant and CCSU their response as well. If the AE had moved football forward, as some us hoped, they might have attracted some fine additions, but that didn't happen. Now I hope we migrate to the CAA. Maybe this will spur the NEC to increase their football Scholarship levels, perhaps Monmouth could pull a URI and go back to the NEC.

I was on my back from a meeting in Syracuse and missed the women's game. Hope a lot of people got to see the milestone.

As the NEC said no to Monmouth, they'll definitely need some games!

Had trouble sleeping last night. For me it ranked with a loss to SBU where a ref called a foul on Will Brand on an SBU player attempting a half court shot and making all three. Then my memory fades, not sure if that won the game or forced OT, but we subsequently lost. It was too bad, but hope it just helps us grow. I love this team.

The link to Alternative Transportation worked fine for me, but when I tried the route and schedule links, they didn't work for me. I hope they work for the students, but maybe someone else will have better luck.

I think there should be a bus which circles the campus on all game days/nights.

The state government was a detriment to research and industial partnerships, so it's heartening to see this change in their thinking. It took far too long and can't happen soon enough.

Santa had a small conversation with one of the refs, just before the second half. He said "Hey Santa, I've been a little bad this year". Santa told him, "Some of the people in the stands said he was very bad tonight". He cracked up at that, so He wasn't all bad.

It was < 10 MM not many years ago, so I guess it's all relative. Our progress is somewhat encouraging. I encourage all to give back as their circumstances allow.
