Echols, Thompson, and Madaras are big signings. Waiting for them.

And welcome to Chris Johnson- our first Alabama football recruit. I know we had a player in hoops from Arkansas, but I don't think we've had a player in any sport from Alabama. His winters will be different...but welcome to the Purple Family.

Ashley Crenshaw from the Volleyball team in the mid 2000s was from Alabama.

Greg Reaves H.S. is a State of Florida PERENNIAL powerhouse. Brandenton Manatee has been doing it...and doing it well for many, many years. He's a bit smallish for MLB at 6'2 196...but let's see if he puts on some weight or moves to the outside.

Kid can flat out play.

Yes...I did forget her. Shoot...and she was pretty good.

BTW...for all of us out there who cringed with special teams. I saw the other day we were looking to get a kid on scholarship for kicking. Well, we got one...a pretty good one to "boot". (See what I did there).

Ethan Stark is a 6'4 185 lb K/P out of PA. Big time leg with kickoffs and punts. Pretty solid with FG's.

OH YEAH! Man, every kick was an adventure last year...no matter how close. You'd squint real hard and cross your fingers and toes...

Chris Johnson is a 6'3 175 lb WR/CB. Runs a pretty solid 4.5 in the 40 and chucks up 235 on the bench, which means he's pretty strong for a kid his size who hasn't trained with a college strength coach.

If he plays corner for us...it would be nice. Finally, a big cover corner.

Another one that hadn't been mentioned....

Coach Gattuso hit the Maryland/D.C., N.J., and PA trifecta. Guy worked his tail off to solidify our presence in those important States.

He's got some speed, unlike other local backs such as Smith, Jones, and McCarty.

Real speed. This one...is a bit of surprise. Kid is big, strong, and fast. Best player in the region. Maybe he's going to run track as well?!
