I heard that as of a couple of weeks ago Odunsi still had not passed his concussion test, which really sounds serious. Otherwise he could have been the drive-and-dish guy some of us were looking for. IF he can come back he'll be a big help. But we've only got 6'7" guys for the post next year.

 

Hope he's OK... Not sure I've ever heard of anyone still showing signs of a concussions that far removed from the event. Hope the young man is ok not just for the sake of basketball but his quality of life...

#16 Seed

PIG: Dayton, OH. If you win one of those games you either go to Milwaukee or St Louis (Right now ESPN has us in the PIG against Coastal Carolina in the Milwaukee follow up.)

 

If we're not in the #16 PIG game, but a #16 seed we're in San Diego or Orlando

 

#15 Seed

Milwaukee (has two #15 games), Buffalo, St. Louis

We lost to UMass Lowell, UNH and UMBC. Would be shocking if we got a 15.

Since we are going to back-to-back NCAA's, perhaps a 15 seed might not be out of the question. Just don't look closely at our record.

CBS sports has us in the PIG vs. Mount St. Mary's, then on to St. Louis vs. Wichita St.

MsGDG, this is all speculation until the official announcement, though their #1 seeds are probably set. Everybody's guessing, especially Lunardi about placement of the lowest ten conferences.

I don't know WHY everyone is anti-PIG. The way it's setting up, you want the PIG. You'd get a winnable game that is the sole game on in the country. A win, would be our first. A win gets the conference 2 credits (Opening Round and First Round). And, you likely get 'Nova or Michigan or Wichita State. The first two, IMHO, we could hang with for a bit.

Stigma. Pig are for weak no name teams with no real history who squeaked in. Bad pr for the conference and program IMHO
