Rough/shaky/uneven/uninspired start to the new era of UAlbany basketball. However, lets remember, new coach, new players, new system, even new logos/colors/jerseys. It will take time. Key is to see development!

Not much tape on LaSelle yet to see what kind of team they are but from their one game...

- They like to apparently play fast and push the ball with avg legth of possession 70th shorted in the country

- They didn't do much well in their lone loss Sacred Heart but they hit a pretty good clip of 3's and they don't turn the ball over. They shot a horrible % from the line (42%)

Gonna need to get back on D to prevent runouts especially if shots aren't falling and prevent them from getting easy buckets in transition. We're going to have to make a shot or two and play something even close to resembling defense.

Just looking for an incremental improvement from game to game. Coaches need to get their starters and rotations sorted out. Players need to get some chemistry. Players need to find their roles. Coaches need to learn more about their team at game speed. Right now it’s like a big Petri dish and everyone is looking to see what grows. 4pm we see what’s grown from earlier in the week. ⛹🏾‍♂️⛹🏾‍♂️⛹🏼‍♂️⛹🏿‍♂️⛹🏿‍♂️

Completely agree with the above.  The reason the 1st game was so disappointing is because they did nothing well. Poor offensively. Poor defensively. Poor rebounding.  Poor ball movement. Poor decision making.

They don't need to win today, but I want to see improvement.
