Battery is not in the NYS penal law . FYI . It's either assault or harassment.

$iena, been MANY, MANY years since I took the NYS bar and I just looked it up and indeed the law changed.  I stand corrected, and am glad I am not representing anyone for criminal charges in NY.  I am actually considered Non-active (costs less money to keep my license alive in NY, as I am also paying in Florida and Massachusetts).

Again we are getting somewhat ahead of ourselves however.  If we fire both the AD and Killings we will certainly suck next year.  

It takes time to hire an AD and the AD hires the head coach.

Goes without saying there are 3 sides to every story… Samurai is confident in the reporting we’ve done to this point and is expecting Killings to be relieved of his duties at UAlbany

For the record, my yes was sarcasm.  Can't stand him...and I actually don't think he's a great coach.  My yes was because this Athletic Dept can't be much more of a dumpster fire than it already is...so why not go all in and hire an "interesting" fellow.

I don't look at that bench and see one person who has HC abilities other than Danton, who was a HC.

Let me be clear here: I don't know what happened as a fact. What I do know, as the General Counsel of a rather large international organization, is that if this was on social media and had to deal with our company, we would have our comms people out there denying the allegation if, in fact, it were not true because this level of allegation is an impactful one. So, the lack of a statement by the ADept is telling, IMHO...and my opinion is worth about .02.

Wow, just jumped on the site and saw the "Allegations" thread with 4 pages and just assumed its a very old one and someone posted an update.  Not good if true and DK is relieved.  Felt he could have moved us in the right direction with a few new pieces that he was bringing in and 2022 would be best season in the past 5-6 years.  But you can't hit a player if that happened.  You can hit an asst coach and only be suspended for a dozen games like Juwann Howard.  How can we convince Shaheen Holloway that UA is better than Seton Hall, lol.
