So thinking of taking the drive from Poughkeepsie up to Troy with the pups on Saturday.  A quick question how much are single game tickets?  I couldn't find any info on the athletics website.

$11.50 if you buy on line.  I think (but am not positive) $10.00 at the door - cash only.  Kids are $3.00

Statistically, the Virginia game was the second best defensive effort of the year, and they aren't a bad offensive team. They lost badly because it was also one of the worst offensive performances of the year.

If they can keep the same defensive mindset, I think they will be able to get better shots with less fadeaways and shots floating to the left or right and make a higher percentage against an AE defense instead of the Virginia stifling defense.

I feel like the team has a solid chance to start league play with a W at home, but the start of conference schedule is going to be real tough with UMBC, UML, and Bryant to follow.

Prediction: team starts league play 1-0, drops to 1-3, then goes on a small run to get to 4-3 before hitting the hardest part of the schedule (UML, UVM, Bryant) at the start of February.

Tell me again how our coach knows how to put a TEAM or GAMEPLAN together.  Yes, having Neely out is one thing...but it would not radically change the tide of this team.  Sorry, been watching for two years and see limited strategy and coaching on the fly.  We are VERY similar to St. John's.  Lot's of individual talent and athletes...but is is like food shopping while hungry.  Ya end up with a ribeye, cookies, cake, apples, mustard, and caviar.  All good or fancy things individually, together a disaster unless a master chef knows how to craft something out of it.

I think DK will be a very good coach in due time...right now he is not justifying a 400k a year salary (with bonus) as a D1 HC.

I will be patient for the next two years, four years total.  Coaches Ab, Mullen, and Brown were able to piece it together in that amount of time.  If Killings can't in that time it will be time to move on.  Bummed I couldn't make the trip to take my boys to this game but looks like I didn't miss much.  Happy New Year's everybody.

Incredible analogy. Basically what I was just telling my wife and kid in the car ride home spoken perfectly.
