Hooley will be back a next week. Happy to see he will have his dad and sister with him. He is technically supposed to graduate this year with his red-shirt year. Selfishly I hope he plans to do a post graduate year and play his senior season here at Albany. He can end up being the player with the most wins while wearing the Albany jersey.

We went scoreless for 7 minutes. Good god that was awful.

 

Can't complain too much though, we're still undefeated in conference play.

You could hear them talking, not what they were saying, on the ESPN3 broadcast. Seemed cordial but maybe not.

I hope UNH is on the opposite side of the bracket in the AE tournament. They are a tough team and out hustled us for a good portion of tonight's game IMHO. Beating them a third time won't be easy on any court.

Agree. They are well-coached and play really hard. We're going to get everyone's best shot and I thought they gave us theirs tonight. Knocking down a couple free throws late would have made things a little easier on us but who wants that?

 

Tough night for Dallas. UNH went to that 6 guard line up and he had some tough covers.

This game was a war. A tale of two UA teams, one responded after giving up the lead by putting Unh in a 14pt hole. I thought something happened after that, they started running clock and lost focus.

Tough shooting night for us too. About 38% as a team, and Baker & Dallas were 1 for 7 from beyond the arc. Just a dog and cat fight tonight. Our late - game scoring drought and missed FTs didn't help, but much credit and respect for UNH. They play hard and shoot pretty well.
