Anyone have any updates on where Brown will be landing? Assistant somewhere? I've heard rumors of him becoming the head coach at D3 Colby-Sawyer College (NH). Seems like a pretty big drop.

Previous coach was there for 28 years ... if Will could survive 19 in the America East....he could easily survive 19 years here...last coach moved on to take a AD position elsewhere....perhaps you should ask Rick Pitino why he took the Iona position ... in his answer may be the reason why anyone would move to a "lower position"

Yes, my question was why it might appeal to him to take the reins at a small D3 school after decades in D1. Rick Pitino was somewhat untouchable after his scandal, and yet Iona is still D1. I was asking to see if anyone on the board has insider knowledge.

Who knows but perhaps the it's the best position available to him if he want's to continue coaching. Seems like a huge step down. Who knows if he's actually a candidate there.

No announcement on UMass-Lowell Athletic website... no mention on Jon's Instagram account...just wondering what the source was ... so the news is not coming from Jon or the school....well it is summer ... updates on school's websites coming slowly ... a couple of UAlbany women's schedules showing up on Instagram ,,, not updated on UAlbanysports.com
