I'm confused about Flory. I think we already have a commitment from Jeremiah Starks who is a nice looking guard.

My sense is if both commit, they possibly take both and move Campbell to the 4 to play with Lulka.

Healy and Rizzuto are combos...not pure PG. And, French is a Center

I agree with Click on Campbell moving to the post.  He will be better suited there on offense.

Hopefully he won't be a stretch big and continue to fire up bricks lol.

I guess Flory is a SG and Starks is listed as a point. I'd guessed they would be looking for another big guy.

Solid shooting numbers for Starks - just over 40% from 3 and 80% from the line.

Preseason is going to be a battle which every position open.

With the Starks commit, I have to think another big will be the target. I would love to see Flory as he has the potential to provide by far the biggest impact, as he is immediately eligible, and would be able to play for 3 years, but I am thinking we might be out of the running now after putting 2 and 2 together.

According to the Setonian, he prefers to stay where he is, and will return to Seton Hall if a scholarship were to be offered to him: http://www.thesetonian.com/2018/04/27/philip-flory-settles-record-on-his-transfer-status/

Throw in some more transfer news at Seton Hall: https://www.bigeastcoastbias.com/2018/5/8/17320600/seton-hall-basketball-jordan-walker-eron-gordon-transfers

I start to see a picture being painted that has him staying put where he is.

I guess we can hope though!

Few things:

1) Welcome to Flory, you’ve joined an amazing program.

2) what a job by Brown and the staff to absolutely go out, whack the bushes, and for all intents reload this program.  Arguably a very talented, albeit young and inexperienced squad.

3) The AE has always been a guard/wing league.  We have stockpiled them, and you can win a lot of games this way (See: Villanova)
