Recruiting - 2014

Recommended Posts

Max Twyman's Brewster team won the Prep School National Championship tonight. Mike Wells St. Thomas More prep school was in the same tournament and are ranked #2 in the country.

So for our 2014 recruits we have:

A national championship for Geremy McKay in Australia and

A national championship for Max Twyman at Brewster.

No pressure Wheeler Baker :D

DP-- Jack is actually a Senior. This would make sense because of our need at the position.

He will be like PUK- project who hopefully pans out in a couple of years. Right now, he is too skinny to make an impact next year. RS him and give him to the trainers, and we may have something down the line.

To add to this for 2015, Joe Cremo's Scotia team won the state title today. Cremo was the tourney MVP.

On the women's side, Tiano Jo Carter had a double-double plus six blocks in leading her team to the Maine state title. She is a 2014 commitment.

Not sure if we have one or two scholarships available for next year. Not a bad thing to have some open scholarships when coming off back to back NCAA appearances.

Shengalia coming back is probably up in the air and as someone else stated Odunsi may not even be cleared to play so that can be 2.

Not really sure where the best place to post this is..but with all the excitement over the past couple weeks I almost missed seeing that Kale Abrahamson is transferring out of Northwestern. If memory serves me..he's Coach Abe's nephew. We were in on him early..but he ended up receiving a lot of BCS interest. One of the first guys off the bench for the Wildcats during his two seasons there. No idea if there would still be an interest..but it will be interesting to see where he ends up.

Wasn't he originally from Maine I believe, we definitely had interest.

Coach was on Wyland this am., said we have two rides available, we need a big and somebody to play around Rowley and Hooley. It can't hurt that we've been on national TV three times in the past week.

He said since Iati designed last year's championship rings, he may give him a chance at next year's uniforms.
