You guys are talking some serious nonsense.   Jeesh.

I also think after this years recruiting class, where it was a small offer class to begin with, and was so Juco focused, a lot of us are eager to see what 4 year offers we're going out towards.

Looking at this roster, current, and potential recruits, it's hard to not be excited about this team for the next few years.

IMO, that's going to be a huge loss in our front court. I had him tentatively penciled in as the 2nd starter along Stire to keep Charles' offense coming from the bench.

Well, I wouldn't pull out your eraser yet. I never trust these accounts with 9 posts of which most are hints at inside info.

Would make sense though because we are still actively recruiting. What I don't understand about recruiting is that why wouldn't a relatively big time JUCO forward / center want to come to this team now? They would play big time minutes next year and have the chance to play on a potentially very good team for 2 years . I know nothing about recruiting but it seems like a no brainier .

Still have Stire, Charles, Martin-Garcia all returning as "bigs" with Devonte Campbell and Xavier Cochran returning as 6-6 swing players.

Brent Hank at 6'10" and Adam Lulka at 6'8" both already committed.

While, I'd hate to see Lands go, I think the team will have more depth from the bigs next year than we have had in recent memory.

This thread has had rumors of Lands, Andrews, Greyson, and TMG leaving: I'm not ready to believe any of it.

Anyone know anything about Xavier Cochran and how he is doing with his injury? He has been mentioned several times as the highest level recruit joining the team this year before his injury. Will he be back?

Who knows what the future holds for Cochran who has some serious surgeries...(plural)...especially hips. That may be another reason why they are still recruiting, hopefully though he comes back strong. I've heard comparisons to Gary Johnson.

I had a nice chat with Xavier before the growl. He just got cleared for some contact. He said he feels good and is working on his conditioning. Seems like a really nice kid.

Thats what I heard... Im told hell be fully cleared early March.

Can Xavier and Lands take medical redshirts or did Lands play too much?
