Recruiting - 2023

Recommended Posts

  • 2 weeks later...

UAlbany MBB has announced on Instagram, a replacement for the Delaware Grad Student that elected to play Pro Ball in Europe.

The replacement is Patricio Bautista Giralt, whose previous affiliations include:

  • NBA Acadamy Latin America
  • 19U Argentina National Team

.... by the way 7 Feet tall and plays center.... is someone moving to power forward?

He hails from Buenos Airis, Argentina.  Am I correct in saying he is our first MBB player from Argentina?

Welcome to Great Dane Nation!!!

Yes.  And he’s not starting.  He’s a solid pickup to backup Beagle.

Time will tell ... unless Killings has shared his plans for his new signing with you.

Whatever happens, we have depth in a position that we have rarely had any.

The kid is a bench player for Argentina. I've actually watched him play.  He's a really good, raw signing based on need.  If he plays as a starter, then we have suffered an injury.
