2017-18 Season

Look forward to seeing how well the America East does in the RPI. Wonder if we have a chance to be a top 15 conference. Our bottom few will probably drag us down but you never know .

I think it was Drexel based on that image on twitter someone shared (scrimmage schedule)

A post on the Drexel forum confirms it was them.

Dragons lost their exhibition to #5(Massey)/#2(Sagarin) Villanova by 21, pretty good for a team ranked 230/270. We lost to #6/#6 WVU by 31

If Foster gets the defense down, hes our Lamb kryptonite. The little Ive seem of him...hes insanely athletic and strong, with better than AE post moves.

Rumor has it, yesterday's scrimmage was a complete slaughter... UA doing the slaughtering...

WB said on the radio that we scored a ton of points against a team from a higher league. Offense is better than defense right now (as is usual early in the season.) Iona plays at a faster pace than anybody in AE

Well, we know Iona will press. WB's big coaching weakness IMO. Hope the WV game got them prepared.

If he doesn't know about Foster he hasn't done his due diligence.

Missed Nyama as a key departure for Stony Brook also

It's probably worth absolutely nothing at this point as there is no data to underpin the projections but KenPom in his pre-season calculations has Albany projected to go 21-10 but in the game by game rundown has us as underdogs in only 4 games. All on the road, Monmouth, Louisville, Memphis and UVM.

lol.

Enforcement of the coaches box? We know one AE coach who's gonna get T'ed up. Click always yells at him to get in the box lol.

These rules are a joke though. They basically want ZERO contact or it'll be a foul. Very first example they classified that as 'aggressive' defense lol even though they said in that case the offensive player is the one committing the foul from his back-in maneuver. What a crock.
