So from a facilities stand point in the AE is there anything we can add to make us more attractive to a potential recruit?

Probably nothing.  They are getting a brand new lockerroom and new arena.  What they need is fans.  To that end, and aside from winning, I do think Phase 3 of SEFCU, which isn't even in the planning phase, would be really nice.  It would involve the East Side of the building, adding an addition annex.  The Annex includes the new, main entrance.  Additionally, a team store, concessions, new restrooms, an outside deck (two), hall of fame room (i believe), and quite possibly, though I am not sure, potential for more seats or luxury "boxes".  

That would give the arena a top notch look...making the fan experience superb....and hopefully packing arenas.

The only ADDITIONAL fix would be one that is for all athletes: new sports medicine facilities.  Ours are barely top D3...it's sad.  Cold/Hot therapy pools, etc.

Phase 3 Annex (estimated a few years back at close to 15 million or so (I thinK).

The new sports medicine center.  Unclear if they will have two (one in the unplanned football building and one in SEFCU.  They probably should.

Obviously if money was not an option then look at any of the big ncaa facilities (Kanasa , Villanova,  ect) and copy them.  However,  with this new stadium, which is great for low D1, there is no longer a real excuse not to succeed.  

Does not matter if your low D1 or highest D1 (UConn sucked a few years ago), with the transfer portal the way it is you can turn around a team very very quickly.  A new arena will only help.
