2014 Lacrosse schedule

Sorry if this has already been posted, but, I was unaware of it. The NCAA tournament is now 18 teams with two "play-ins".

With the way our season has gone, if we win the AE tournament, we WILL have to play the play-in.

Or shall we call it, the first four or first round so we feel better about it

They are amazing people...our University has been greatly enriched by having them as part of the UA family. Really amazing stuff...the attention they get and their level of play is extraordinary...

Another impressive display today. I'm sure that there are a lot of teams that were rooting against UA today. Not a team you want to face in the tourney.

Lyle tied Marohl with 114 pts in a single season... should take all time single season points record next game.

Miles has 106, could break the 114 mark as well.

As I start to read the articles, I guess those numbers are plastered everywhere.

 

Anyhow, laxpower has UA with a computer rating of #8 rpi #13 sos #23 poll #18 as of last week.

I assume we aren't getting a home game with those numbers, especially with a loss like canisius.

 

Syracuse might be a match up that's close, but we did play them this year, along with JHU. I don't think that makes a huge difference though to the committee. Penn should win the ivy league (assuming they beat harvard).... and with a high ranking, they might get a home game, and could be our pairing... that's not too obscenely far away. We played Denver last year. They can't curse us with another trip out there.
