Not to get too far off topic; but isn't the naming rights to the RACC/SEFCU also coming due??

 

My wish list still remains the same:

renovate SEFCU/whatever

field house/indoor practice facility big enough for lacrosse, football, track

NO NEED to expand stadium yet.

I'm just hopeful this isn't the same type of hype we built for the new unis and then we were all like "meh" when released. I hope its really 10 million+ and its a huge name and the money goes towards something tangible.

Yes SEFCU agreement signed in 2006, ten year deal so concludes November 1, 2016.

10 million is never meh, it's HUGH, Bing that dam car dealer lol... Been out of the CD for eight years and that guys commercials still makes my stomach turn.

 

Will be interesting to see what the plan is. Also the synical side in me can't wait to hear the whinning of the academic staff, and what the TU opinion pieces will be on. lol...

Note: UAlbany has called a news conference for Thursday to announce the selling of naming rights to the football stadium. UAlbany officials wouldn't disclose the name.
