Yes sir.  Start out like gang busters then inconsistency.  Anderson 3 straight threes, no scoring rest of game.  Lulka doesn't play 2nd half, status unknown.  Healy out due to hip.  Sounds like last seasons health issue.  Shaffer and Hutch give a couple of good plays per game, that's it, strictly role players.  Doles, Champion, Horton, too soon to tell but I will hazzard a guess at role players, losing PT as bench shortens.  I do like Kelly who gave a spark and can get to the hoop, and Taylor has potential to get us 12-15 per game.  Rizzuto struggled to score today, defense ok but 2 fouls in 1st 10 min and had to sit.  Don't see a great season.  Hope I am wrong.

Lulka was a tough watch in this one...this poor kid is a borderline d1 player...as is hanks. Good kids, they try hard but if we are being objective, it's a complete zero again inside. Healy is strictly a shooter who really can't do anything else. He can't defend, can't rebound (even for a guard) can't dribble...he needs to put up 10 3s a game off screens that's it. Nice role player with a defined role.

Lulka only played like 10 minutes in the first half . He is not atheltic but he is always in the right postion on the defensive end. I like him , I really do. Time will tell I guess .

The scoring droughts are not new and something that is systemic for many years now.

Kenpom projections have dropped to 7-13 and the analysis is brutal...now ranked 298 in the country.

313 ranked offense 

Effective field goal % ranked 269

2pt fg% 41% good for 301 in the country

Zero defensive presence down low almost no blocks

Pace of play is 315 ranked...meaning cross the half court and pass it around.

This team is in trouble ..3 games is not a lot to go off but it's not nothing and some troubling trends emerging. Looking at the business end of a 0-5 start or worse if they can't figure out SBU.

There is some talent here... horton and kelley look pretty good but in a shortened season remains to be seen if this team can find itself.

I agree with others, this is tough basketball to watch when we can't put it in the hoop with any sort of regularity.

It's pretty bad that 3 games in and I already don't care enough to watch the games. I used to schedule my life around games, meaning taking off time if it was a tournament mid-day game, moving family functions if possible, etc. Today I totally forgot we had a game and just worked right through it. Abysmal state of affairs leads to such extreme careless from one of the programs (former?) diehards.

Amica is the least of my concerns.

Last year we didn't have any guards who could create. This year we have plenty but have no presence inside on defense.

Still, Kelly, Horton and Taylor are well worth watching. I just don't see how we can keep playing Taylor at the 5 spot so much with basically 4 other guards or small forwards.
